Gino Group, one of the main car dealer w the premium segment in Italy, acquired the Aston Martin Milan dealership from Aston Martin Italy S.r.l., the Italian subsidiary of the British luxury car maker. This transaction represents a further expansion of the Luxury & Motorsport segment within the strengthening of the Gino Group’s premium segment strategy.

After the Policar transaction successfully closed in March 2018, Nash Advisory assisted Gino Group also in its second acquisition of the year.
