Nash Advisory has advised Rototech Group – a company controlled  by the Quadrivio Group’s Industry 4.0 Fund that designs and produces plastic components for the industrial vehicles, agricultural and construction sectors mainly with the rotomoulding technique – in the acquisition of the majority of the shares of Tecnotri Indùstria de Plàsticos LTDA , a company incorporated under Brazilian law with offices in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo, specializing in the production of plastic containers for industrial applications.

Nash Advisory,  acted as a deal advisor assisting the buyer in identifying the target and negotiating the deal.
