VEM Solutions underwrote to a reserved capital increase for COGEMA, a company with 50 years of history in production of electromagnetic components with production plants in Italy, Bulgaria, China and Tunisia. The two companies will now join their forces in order to become a reference player in the sector at international level.

Nash Advisory assisted VEM in structuring the deal, during negotiations with the counterpart and drafting the joint business plan of the two companies.
