GREENEXT Technologies S.p.A., a technologically oriented subsidiary of Viasat Group S.p.A. and active in the waste management sector has acquired, through a capital increase, a minority in the share capital of Innova S.r.l., a company based in Matera (southern Italy), active in the earth observation and waste management sectors. This participation will enable Greenext to expand geographically and strengthen its technological capability.
