Metrika Tech, a branch focused on buy-and-build projects in the ICT sector of the Metrika SGR fund and managed by ABC Capital Partners, has acquired the majority of the shares of Consys.IT. Consys.IT is a company specialized in Cybersecurity and solutions for globally active enterprise clients.
