The group is active in the area of services dedicated to the management and optimization of customer experience. Through an innovative and data-driven approach, the group offers customized solutions that enable companies to improve their customer engagement, increase satisfaction and promote loyalty. This transaction will allow the buyer to integrate, within its own portfolio of services, the target’s activity, while the seller will have access to a large pool of potential customers, useful for further developing its volumes.

Nash Advisory acted as the sole advisor of Customer Experience Italia, taking care of all phases of the project, from the identification of the counterparty to the closing of the transaction.
