Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.A., a historic company founded in 1904 and leader in the distribution of chemical products for industrial applications, has acquired Cabiotec S.r.l., active for over 25 years in the distribution of machinery and products dedicated to the electronics and semiconductor sectors. Through the acquisition of Cabiotec S.r.l., Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.A. aims to integrate and expand its product range, strengthening its presence in the conformal coating and solder replacement segments.
