Rototech, an Italian industrial group has started a joint venture with Center Capital – a financial group active in the Tatarstan region (Russia).

Nash Advisory assisted its client during the constitution and negotiation phases with the Russian partner of the Joint Venture, for the building of a production plant for heavy vehicle components at Kamaz in Tatarstan (Russia).
