Lapo Baroncelli

A first-generation entrepreneur, born in 1983, after studying in London, Dubai, Shanghai and Valencia, he graduated in Florence, where he was born and lives with his family. Founder of Xenia Hotels, a small chain of elegant Historical Residence and Boutique Hotels, he operates in various sectors through his own holding company, investing in the development of small businesses in the area. He is currently Vice President of Confindustria Florence, was previously President of the Young Entrepreneurs and has held positions in public companies including President of Firenze Fiera SpA. He has been awarded the title of Knight of the Italian Republic and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sri Lanka for Tuscany.
