FOS S.p.A., company active in the design and development of digital services and products for large industrial groups and public administration, listed at Euronext Growth Milano of Borsa Italia, acquired the 100% of the shares of NAeS Solutions S.r.l., a company active in the networking and ICT infrastructure construction field, with a specialization in the design and implementation of Data Center. The acquisition will allow FOS S.p.A. to continue its development strategy, aimed at increasing its digital offer, inserting a new line dedicated to Data Centers and guaranteeing its customers a portfolio of services ever wider and more complete. The company will have the opportunity to take advantage of a new and stable territorial presence in Lombardy, from which to develop other business lines. The transaction will also enable NAeS to expand its technological expertise by leveraging the experience and the geographical presence of FOS Group.
