Corporate Finance lies at the heart of every advisory activity we carry out. Both for acquisition transaction abroad, or a financial partner research for business growth, each of our projects always starts from the sharing of data and documents typical of corporate finance. The typical activities we offer to our clients encompass from debt restructuring advice (including the drafting of an industrial plan and the negotiation with the banks) to the writing of forecast business plans of various kinds and purpose.
