QiNet S.p.A. acquired the majority of the shares of Upgrade S.r.l., company active in the cybersecurity and cloud operation services, with offices in Genoa and Lecco and its subsidiary, Upgrade S.A., based in Lugano. QiNet made its first add-on, following the investment of the Metrika Tech fund made just over a year ago. Thanks to this operation Qinet and Upgrade accelerate their development, integrating their teams and expanding the range of services offered.
