Nash Advisory supported the top management of VEM Solutions, a company belonging to the Viasat group, in the successful acquisition of 70% of the shares of Helian S.r.l., specialized in offering enabling platforms for safety and urban decay management. The company works out solutions for territorial and environmental monitoring through WSN (wireless sensor network) and has engineered and patented the Street Control, a vehicular system that allows checking and sanctioning on the move.
