A group of managers set up the BKNO vehicle, aimed at opening and managing 10 Burger King restaurants. The vehicle, after signing an Institutional Franchisee contract with Burger King, was funded by an investor club deal coordinated by Ersel.

Nash Advisory assisted the managers in creating the transaction, organizing the club deal and negotiating with Burger King.
