A club deal of entrepreneurs, through the DPNO vehicle, acquired the 6 Domino’s Pizza restaurants in Turin from the italian Master Franchisee Epizza S.p.A. The management plans to develop its network in Piedmont throught the opening of 15 pizzerias in the next three years. The acquisition and the future development was funded by Banco BPM.
