The NewCo Aeropolis S.r.l. has acquired the 70% of AVA S.p.A. shares, which is the management company of the international airport Clemente Panero of Albenga, from public entities such as the Province of Savona, the Chamber of Commerce of Savona, ASL S.p.A. and sixteen other Ligurian municipalities.

Nash Advisory took care of the valuation of AVA and assisted Aeropolis in the transaction.
