Giovanni Panigada

Graduated cum laude in Economics and Business (University of Pavia). Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2004, after having worked in London and Milan as tax consultant and auditor, he gained ten years of experience in M&A activities as project manager at M&A International (today Oaklins). He has directly managed the generation and execution of over 50 national and international processes (USA, Israel, India, China, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria) and various debt restructuring projects pursuant to art. 67 L.F. and drafting of concordato preventivo (arrangement with creditors under the Italian bankruptcy law). He is the founder and CEO of Nash Advisory.
