Project Informatica is a company with an established track record in the ICT services sector, which has been in the portfolio of H.I.G. Capital, a U.S.-based private equity fund with a strong focus on the IT sector, since 2020. By acquiring Fasternet through Personal Data, Project Informatica aims to add new skills and services to the WeAreProject Group‘s portfolio, an ecosystem of companies that support the technological evolution and innovation of businesses.
