Sintesi Group, a company located in Turin operating in the ICT sector and particularly dedicated to the design and installation of telecommunications infrastructure, has sold 100% of the shares to Vinci Energies Italia, the Italian holding of the French group Vinci SA listed on Euronext’s Paris stock exchange, operating in the energy, transport, industrial plant engineering and communications sectors.
