D&P through its subsidiary OMNIWASH S.r.l., further to a rental contract of a business unit with binding commitment to the purchase, conditional to the homologation of the arrangement with creditors, has acquired the going concern of the company IME, active in the assembly and marketing of industrial dishwashers.
