The Amadori Group, leader in the agri-food sector, has acquired the 100% of the shares of Rugger S.p.A., a ham factory specialized in cooking meat and owner of the historic brand Lenti, which has distinguished the excellent Italian production of cooked hams and other cured meats for almost a century. Through this acquisition, Amadori expands its product range in the pork and cured meats market, focusing on the high-end product range, allowing the Lenti family to overcome the generational transition.
