Berto’s S.p.A., a leading company based in Padova specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sale of professional kitchens, has completed the acquisition of the business unit engaged in the production and sale of industrial dishwashers from Omniwash S.r.l., a Lombardy-based company controlled by the international group D&P S.r.l.
