Metrika Tech and Aegida, a club deal of professional investors, acquired from the private equity fund HAT SGR a majority stake in Advice Group, an Italian SME engaged in the Martech industry. Metrika is a private equity fund carrying on a buy and build strategy in the ICT industry and Advice is the second acquisition in less then 18 months. Following the buy-out, Metrika subscribed a capital increase in Advice aimed at boosting the growth of the company.
