PDP (Petmark)

Nash Advisory advised PDP S.r.l. on the acquisition of  a 50% stake in Lucrezia Pet S.r.l. and Thinkpet S.r.l. from Cerere S.p.A. PDP operates through the Petmark brand – a pet shops retail chain that counts over 80 stores in northern and centerern Italy.

Nash Advisory acted as exclusive advisor of PDP in the negotiations of the deal and in the finalization of the transaction.
