Viasat Servicios Telematicos, the Spanish subsidairy of Viasat Group, Pan European leader in telematics, has acquired 100% of the shares of Mobilefleet, a Spanish company based in Madrid and with a subsidiary in Chile, specialized in Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring.
