Nash Advisory and Gino Spa have added a thriving collaboration on management consulting areas to the M&A advisory activity. Management consulting concerned the analysis of internal management aspects over time (such as monitoring of some cost items evolution overtime, feasibility studies of new dealership openings or the closures of the existing ones, and the assessment of the impacts of some strategic initiatives on the group’s cash generation capacity).
Nash Advisory was also involved in some market analysis aspects, such as comparison of performances of peers managing the same brands or active in specific geographical areas. This activity proved to be particularly synergic with the M&Acadvisory as it allowed Nash Advisory to gather an important know-how in this sector, concerning management dynamics and KPIs, with a strong impact on the ability to analyze possible new targets for M&A transactions.
