Metrika Tech, a new private equity fund managed by Metrika Sgr and focused on buy and build projects in the ICT sector, acquired the majority of the share capital of QiNet. QiNet is a company focused on cybersecurity and networking which operates from Turin (Italy) for enterprise clients worldwide.
