Rototech, an Italian industrial group has started up a joint venture with Quindao Guaranteed Auto Part Co Ltd, a Chinese company leader in the field of plastic molding, in order to start a production plant for the production of AD Blue tanks for heavy vehicles in Qingdao region (China).

Nash Advisory assisted the Italian company in setting up the JV with a total investment of € 2M with the intervention of Simest (institutional investor).
